Chair Rental:
Part-time (max 3 days) 800 Monthly
Full time 24/7 access 1100 a month.
Suite Rental:
Full Time only 1400 a month
(Share suite rental options available)

Our clean, contemporary salon is unlike any other in Grand Rapids, featuring breathtaking views of the river, skywalk access, and proximity to vibrant businesses and condos.

Access to the booking system (via Boulevard) for streamlined client scheduling.
Ample paid parking conveniently located in front of salon.
Bi-weekly cleaning services.
Shared access to equipment, including a color processor, child booster seat, wax supplies.
Marketing support through the salon’s website and social media platforms.
24/7 building access and emergency security services.
All utilities and Wi-Fi included.
Choose your own retail and keep 100% of the profits or use ours for 40% commission!
Towels and capes provided and laundered on a teamwork basis with other stylists. (For Chair Rent only)
Time off:
4 weeks of prorated maternity time.
OR
1 week of time based on the weekly rental rate, with opportunities for increased time.
